[TD Fermenting]

Hi everyone. Lots of experience drinking wines, now trying to understand more by making them. Starting with a couple 1 gallon Winexpert kits, Pinot Grigio and Cab Sauv, then onto a WineExpert Lodi Zin. May get the guts to do some real fruit this fall. Looks like a ton of experience and knowledge here, looking forward to learning!
