newbie in nashville

Hello all! I'm an aspiring wine maker and a master wino. My other hobby is bbq, love pulled pork,make my rubs and sauce at home. love hockey, fav team is nashville preds, also like the ny rangers.

I'm a newbie to wine making. Right now i have a gal of blackberry and a gal of banana aging . 5 gal of hillbilly grape is second fermentation. i am not a connsiour <s> My favorite manufactured wine is manischewitz blackberry hehehehe yeah , i know i'm uncouth

First, you gotta get a better hockey team...the Penguins spring to mind.

Second, welcome, kick off your shoes and sit back, it can be a long lesson here. It will be worth it, though.

penguins should make the playoffs. preds are struggling. we only keep the cheep new guys, if we get a good guy they only stay for 1 contract then they bolt.
