Newbie in NH

Wanted to say hi and a big THANK YOU for all the great information on these forums. I have learned tons!!!
First batch was racked last night......some fell into a glass to taste.....WHY does it take so LONG!!!!!!!!

Looking forward to starting next batch in a few weeks.....
