Does anyone have an owner’s manual for a Marchisio/Enoitalia manual grape crusher similar to this one?

I need to do some maintenance/adjustments on an damaged crusher and would like to have the owners manual for reference. If you have a copy or know where to find one on line I would be most appreciative.

This is for the crusher/destemmer but I believe the crusher components are similar if not the same. Might give you a start. I tried doing some googling myself and didn't come up with much.
