Agree with John.
I made the Peach Chardonnay Island Mist last year and it was a hit with my wife's friends (especially ladies).
If I did it again, which I should've done it for these Holidays, I'd add some of the f-pack in primary.

This was my first summer wine. Other than not degassing it sufficiently, it turned out great.

I have enjoyed a neighbor's IM Peach Apricot Chardonnay as a summer wine. If I were to make it myself I would add half the fpack during fermentation.

just bought my second Island Mist peach apricot chardonnay....the girls went through the first one like fat through a ducks butt. It is the ONLY wine my daughter will drink...she was quite happy to see it.
