Started my first Peach yesterday.

25 ish lbs destoned quartered fresh picked peaches frozen then thawed.

1 gal h20 mixed with 4 cans Welchs White Grape concentrate.

SG was right at 1.080

Kmeta yesterday.

About to go throw some pectic in.

Oh yeah my bad. Pitched the Peach with CY17. Checked SG this AM Down to 1.010 smells great probably take off the fruit this afternoon and let it finish dry.

Is there a peach smell to your wine at this point or did you loose the smell during fermentation?

It got very aromatic during fermentation and has calmed a lot but still has a great peach aroma.

Ok so I miss read my SG the other day. It's now been at 1.010 for the past 3 days. I realized I forgot to add yeast nut and energizer to this. Added this AM. Think I need to go get a new yeast pack?
 
no more yeast try to warm it a lil wrap it with a heat belt or blanket give it a stir and cover with light weight towel that should do the job
