Peach wine help!

Suppose if someone wants to go over-the-top crazy on peach wine.... there's this option:

Packaging Options:
1) 52 gallon drums
2) 275 gallon bag-in-bin
3) 4,000 gallon food grade tanker
4) 5 gallon poly pail


I was kinda thinking along the line of Number 3

OK, if you get it soon and ferment it in 6 gallon batches you can change your profile page to 692 batches in 3 years.

Ah but you see that is a concentrate that 70 brix concentrate will make probably somewhere between 2-3 gallons per gallon of concentrate meaning a WHOLE lot more wine.

Ok maybe start with a 5 gallon pail.

Just make sure they didn't add any Kmeta or Sorbate, I don't see anything in the documentation that states that they don't do that (I may have missed it, not as sharp as I used to be).

I would imagine they don't sell "Retail" Plus shipping etc. BUT might be interesting to check out some time.
