Peach Wine

Hello Everybody,


I stopped at a fruit stand the other day and got the most incredible tasting peach I have ever had!!! So obviously I am wanting to do a peach wine.


Does anyone have a really good recipe you would be willing to share?


I am thinking about using a few banannas for body?

And I've seen folks comment they've used his recipe to good results. Haven't tried the wine myself (hint: Waldo, note to yourself, send Mrs. Pelican some Peach Wine! bwaaaahahhhaaaa
