I am looking for some economical ph probe storage solution and calibration solution. What do you use?

The storage solution is just a potassium chloride solution 3-4M concentration. I believe 4M is the concentration that KCl is saturated. Just dissolve it in distilled water.
The calibration solutions are another matter. Best to purchase the standard commercial ones from the cheapest source you can find.
