New winemaker here. Hello all! Greetings from University Place, Wa. I just started making Wines in 2013 with family as a hobby we would all enjoy. We have all been enjoying homebrews and Country wines for many years. So we all pitched in and started having fun with it. After talking with many local wine makers I joined the forum to try to gain much need info and in site into how to produce World Class Dinner Wines. I can say it has guided us to some delicious wines we have been able to share with friends and eastcoast family members.
