Thanks for the recipe. I made 1 gallon this fall using only rhubarb juice extracted from stalks. seemed a bit strong early on bottled anyway. Have reserved a bottle plus a couple flasks for future tasting.Wondering if it gets better with a few months age. Will definitely try adding white grape consecrate next year.
