Started my first batch of pineapple wine. Using a recipe out of the same book, used by a local winery. Like that the instructions are really clear. I’m hoping this will help me branch out in my wine making journey.

I didn't recognize the book -- it's an updated version of The Art of Making Wine, originally published in 1959. My second winemaking book was the 1971 edit.

Thanks for the recipe. I made 1 gallon this fall using only rhubarb juice extracted from stalks. seemed a bit strong early on bottled anyway. Have reserved a bottle plus a couple flasks for future tasting.Wondering if it gets better with a few months age. Will definitely try adding white grape consecrate next year.
