Plum Wine with something added

Hi Everyone

I have a load of frozen plums. I have made plum wine before so thought I would try something different. I was thinking of something like 'plum and ginger wine' but though I would ask here to see if anyone had any other suggestions?

You can try clove,(go easy with the cloves, they try and overpower the wines) cinnamon, vanilla, or even jalapenos. Go easy on the peppers also, last one I tried was all hot and no apple flavor. LOL. You can blend with other flavor wines. I recommend that you ferment them alone, then bench test to see how you like the blend. Half of one flavor, half of another, 1/4 of one flavor, 3/4 of another, see how you like it blended before you blend the batches together. Arne.
