Hello there, I have a question. I am making this plum wine today: http://www.grapestomper.com/recplum.html and I have accidentally added too much sugar water to the plums! is this going to affect my wine making process at all? Thank you in advance

jannie, what is the sg of the must. the only it will change is the amount of alcohol in the finished wine.

RWS...why two packets of yeast.
i would say yes..rack to the secondary.
