Hey Everyone,
We own 550 Acres of incredibly beautiful property in the North Georgia Mountains. The property has 1.25 miles of the Tesnatee River running through it and we are located right in the middle of the Georgia Wine Trail.
We are interested in finding a partner on a winery/vineyard development deal.
We've got a hydroelectric powerplant on the dam and it would be perfect to run a plant with.....you could then market the product as green energy.
