I was adding the potassium sorbate and Camden tablets as instructed but accidently added 1 more tsp to my 3 gallons of raspberry wine. How will this affect my wine?
Too much potassium sorbate? It should be fine. Sorbate can have kind of a bubble gum flavor. If you are not noticing that in your wine and the wine tastes good, you should be ok.
Agreed, the potassium sorbate I’m using right now calls for 3/4 tsp per gallon. The batch I had before called for 1/4 tsp per gallon. Makes no sense to me
