Powdery Mildew?

Hey folks,
I am in Northern VA and planted 50 cabernet franc grapes in 2019. Joined the forum this summer and have been wowed by the exchange of knowledge here. I hope to one day contribute some smarts! Until then, can someone with more experience than me help ID this? I think it's powdery mildew on my cab franc leaves. It showed up about the same time as on my pumpkins and squash. Thanks for the assist!

That looks like downy to me. One way to tell the difference is powdery grows on the top side of the leaf while downy shows up on the underside. My NoVa Cab Franc was smashed by downy this year with all the rain we’ve had.
