Right now I have been in secondary fermentation for about 3 weeks. My airlocks are still bubbling pretty good. Now I know that I should rack when secondary fermentation is done. So here is my question, How often should I be checking my specific gravity for my 3 consecutive days of the same SG. Should I be checking 1 time a week, or less often ??? Just wondering how often everyone else checks during their secondary fermentation. Thanks

Check it 3 or 4 days after your last time you checked, if it hasn't moved a lot I will wait a week and check it again.

LOL my first couple of batches of wine, I checked every day but the more you do the more relaxed you get and you just start getting a feel for when you need to check.
