Are these juices sweet before fernintation?
I was thinking about drawing off a 1/2 gal before i start the fermintation and toping off with it before bottling.

Yes. Most juice are between 18 and 26% sugar.

Way more sweet than your average table grape.

you don't want to top off with the juice unless you use sorbate to inhibit the remaining yeast.
