Should I be correcting my readings for temperature? Can someone give me a pointer to information about this? I can't seem to find any posts about it.

The difference is so minimal that I would not be too concerned about it and I would guess most wine makers don't do it.

But if youwant to do it first check your hydrometer to see what temperature it is calibrated to (60F or 68F).

Then you can use can use the SG Temperature Conversion calculator by plugging in your numbers.
