Hello
First itmewine maker on my own but ive been making wine since little with my dad, crushing grapes and helping him around but i never learned. Now im trying thisout for mylsef and i started with wine must in pails. So far its been great , im loving it, trying to mmix the new school with the old school. Came here cause i had a question about racking. Which i will go and post now, look forward to reading and chatting on here.
