Rack & add K-Meta or just add K-Meta?

It's been 1-15-17 since I last racked and added K-Meta....I was wondering if I need to/should rack (my reds) and add more K-Meta.....or just add more and let them age........thoughts?

It's better to add k-meta and not rack if you don't have time and it's been 3 or more months than it is to rack and not add k-meta.

Thanks to all......racked and added K-Meta last night. All wine is progressing nicely...clear, dry and tasty! I'll bottle in four-five months and get ready for the 2017 harvest, crush and press...what a great hobby.
