I am putting together a 6 gal cranberry recipe from this site, Wade's recipe that I have done before and came out good using the exact stuff, and do not have the red grape concentrate it calls for. Is it ok to use an Old Orchard grape juice in its place? It is 100% juice with no sugars added. I'm trying to get this all done before the Daytona is complete, kind of a race. The berries have been pressed and I'm doing the water/sugar now and chemicals next.

I made a cranberry pomegranate entirely from all old orchard juice. Ask ffemt (Doug) how he liked it. I think they licked the bottle dry, and it was the evening I gave it to him.

Yes you will be okay to use that.

Can you imagine 20 years old to win that race. I don't understand the two by two approach tho even tho I understand the draft, I liked the old single file and drafting more but ok I can adjust there is not that much difference. Anyhow, I decided to use what I had looking at the ingredients, I decided I should be ok.
