Hey everyone, Yesterday i started my first wine (i usually brew beer, but i wanted to give wine a go. I bought a bucket of Regina Cabernet Sauvignon and i completely forgot to get my OG reading 
. I was wondering if anybody knew what the OG is for this bucket of juice is? and at what temperature would be good to keep it while fermenting?
Any help would be incredible!! Thanks so much ahead of time.
