starting to plan my 2022 vinos and was looking for some feedback on:

RJS En Primeur Italian Rosso Grande Eccellente

Cheers!

It's definitely "Grande" so it takes at least a couple years to reach it's prime. But when it does, it's quite good. We made this one twice so far. Second round is due to bottle soon.

How long are you bulk aging & then bottle aging it?

Cheers!

For reds, around 1 year in bulk, then at least 3 months in the bottle before we start sampling. Although bigger reds such as this one will get bottle aged quite a bit longer before we start to sample the occasional bottle.
