My old rotisserie motor only did 6RPM's so I put this 63RPM motor assembly together Friday (a good day to do this, it rained all day). I did 3 roasts on it Saturday. Kona, Sumatra & Brazil. It worked great.
The beans don't smell all that great during the roast. It smells more like burning grass and the smell lingers with you a long time. After you pull the hot beans off the grill and cool them they get that good coffee smell.
I will have to try peanuts or cashews sometime.
