Hi! I got a free 2 year old Rondo grape vine about a month ago from a local gardener. I live in student housing in the Netherlands and am keeping it indoors during the winter (indoor temp is around 18-22°C). Surprise! The vine has started to grow new shoots (viz. photo)... Is it ok to just let them grow (with extremely limited sunlight) or should I cut them back or move the vine to somewhere colder? I could move it outside to the 15th floor balcony, but the temperatures sometimes go below freezing here and I'm afraid that they could kill the vine since its not in the ground. Eventually (in the spring) I will be planting the vine in the ground in the Czech republic, I just need it to survive the winter somehow...Novice grape grower here so any advice is appreciated!
