Question, i started this kit some time in July and degassed wine on Aug 23. I plan to bulk age for a year. When do i start to add 1/8 tsp of SMBS every three months? The pack i added during the degas process should carry me into 6 months or more without adding again? I don't want to over sulfate, and if i understand correctly, you cant use tetra strips for red wine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
