Wow!!!!
Has anyone started this kit... I started mine last night... and let me say, I'm not a white wine guy!!!! But, thisjuice smells great!! Very aromatic on the nose... lots of tropical fruit...
Can't wait to give this one a try...

I would be very interested in your comments about this wine kit. I did not order this kit because I was not very impressed with a commercial bottle of Argentina Torrontes I bought last fall.

I am a white wine lover (Chardonnay mostly) but I am open to other kinds of white wines. Let us know how your kit is progressing, I may still try to order a kit if they are not already gone.

HI Robert,
I'm not a white guy at all, but my wife an sister-in-law are... the only Torrontes I have hadwas a $12.00 bottle and it was very lite and crisp... for me it was ok... something cool to drink in the west TX heat...

This kit looks and smells the same... Very pale, great nose and no oak...
I will keep you posted. I will add some photos as well...

I have the same kit, this is my first white wine kit, my second kit overall. I have been using fresh grapes for the past 5 years, but decided I was bored in the spring so I wanted to grab a few kits. When I use fresh grapes I usually do not fine, no bentonite. I have noticed the kits all come with betonite, isinglass, and other fining agents. Are they needed if I am going to bulk age? Just wondering what others do.

Thanks
Tim
