I have a food grade 1.5 gallon bucket. I drop items in it and douse with K-meta water prior to use, then pour the K-meta water back into the jug.Gee, sounds like I'm the only one who sanitizes the spoon before using it and then washes and dries it after each use!
I rinse equipment such as my stirring spoon as soon as I'm done with it, wiping it down with a clean scrubby pad if there is any visible debris. Equipment is hung up to dry. All equipment is visually inspected prior to use to ensure it's clean, then sanitized.
