We don't normally make runs this time of the year but Wade was calling me every day, sometimes 2-3 times a day..just a begging so the Mrs decided the only way we were going to be able to get any rest was to go ahead and deliver now !!!

wow, was it your birthday? nice crusher/destemmer and press! I'm quite jealous. I've only got a crusher, but it doesn't destemm, so I have to do that by hand or face a very herbaceous batch.

Figures I finally get these and the grapes are behind this year! Oh well, ill be out picking elders finally tomorrow and Thursday so you might not see me on here until possibly late tomorrow night.

Late, what you talking about man? We are about six weeks ahead of last year at this point! Need to begin harvest of a few early varieties at Willsboro.

How are you liking the PH meter Wade?

I just got the same one.... have not used it yet. Any advise? (Wade or anyone)

I havent had any time to use it or to even play with any wine stuff except for last night and tonight with picking and plucking elderberries. Been pretty busy at work but think the extra work is finally over.
