I just finished harvesting my frontenac blanc, which froze bad. Primary were 27 brix and secondaries were 20 brix. After pressing juice was 22 brix. Probably should have done 2 pickings. I am glad yours are very close. Hopefully my marquette are like yours.Turns out all is well. I just tested the grapes and the primary clusters are at 16 Brix and the secondary clusters are at 15 Brix. Looks like by harvest time I can do one harvest, I was worried I would have to do two harvests.
