I have a bottled 5 gallon batch of strawberry that is showing some sediment and I see one bottle that is showing some dark floaters. All processes were sanitized and when bottled and filtered it was crystal clear.
I have the same problem with a mixed fruit batch. This also has strawberries.
I have also made blackberry and 3 white fruit wines - pineapple, mango and papaya. No problems.
Any suggestions as to the cause?
