SG for strawberry

I have read many different sg's for strawberry, any where from 1.070 to 1.085.

Comments?

I think over 1.080 is too strong and covers the berry flavor and under 1.075 there is just not enough alcohol.

I usually try to get right at 1.080

I decided to take the middle number and SG in both buckets are 1.080. I had to split the 35 pounds of berries into 2 buckets to get about 5 gallons. Just added yeast nutrient and energizer and am now hydrating the yeast.
