Hi all! I've been lurking and reading here for a few months, while gathering my winemaking equipment. What a great site! You all are a wealth of information.

So far I've got the following working:

6 gal Danger Daves Dragon Blood in secondary
6 gallons Skeeter Pee in secondary
3 gallons apple wine in secondary
2 gallons of fresh oak leaves steeping - will go into the primary tomorrow. This is from Jack Keller's site.

I really want to start 5 gallons of sand bur wine next week. JK's recipe as well.
