Show me your work bench or cold box

I'm looking to build a cold box to store 2 barrels a flex rank and whatever else I can put in there. The box would double as a work surface and perhaps a place to do some taste testing. Looking for some ideas on materials for the siding, table tops and overall look.

Here is one example that I saw and liked.
