I would be less tired if I were at work! Bottling 9 gallons of wine then the cleaning up my mess after is real work!

What did you have ready to bottle Joan? Did you sample a bit too much... maybe that's why you need a nap?


Is your ice gone yet? Ours is off the trees now, but still on flat surfaces. I didn't plow or shovel- only did the stairs so they wouldn't be too slippery. I left the little bit of snow so you have a good foothold when you break through the ice. Not too bad out. Temps going back down now and changed back to snow, but just flurries.
 
I bottled my MM Pinot Grigio and my rhubarb. I need counter and table space!!

I only tasted as it was a bit early in the morning!

The ice is still on the trees (it's dropped to 25° so it isn't going anywhere for a while) and the wind is howling! Not good! We have a few inches of snow on top.
