So I added sorbate to my nice clear cranberry wine 4 days ago with the hopes of backsweetening this weekend, maybe bottling next weekend. It now is too cloudy to even see through. Is this normal? Should I add the sparkolloid again?
 
You could - that is why i always stabilize and backsweeten before i clear my wine.

Once I stabilize it - i wait about 3-4 days, add f-pac/backsweeten and add in my fining agent.
 
All right, I'll still backsweeten this weekend, clear again, then bottle.
