Bottled my RJS SA Chenin Blanc last weekend, and had 3/4 of a bottle left over. Of course I tasted a glass of it, and then tasted the rest of the bottle. :) I was frankly surprised at what a great early drinker it is. I also like that it is fruity but not sweet, and very tasty for summer. Anyone else made this one?

Haven't tried this kit. Most Chenins I've tried have fairly firm acidity. Does that hold true for this kit?

I actually like it better than any of the other whites I have made, including moscato, mezza Luna white, and Malvasia-Chardonnay.
