Joe, how much does this set up cost and how much will a typical set up like this do at a time?

A typical Cornelius keg will hold five gallons, a simple system, with reconditioned tank and keg can be had around here for about $150.

I would guess the initinal set up ,as jwm put would be close, however you also can buy C/KEGS used,I have a closefriend who is the chief engineer for the hyatt, they were doing a remodel and he walk away with 3 bars full of C/kegs and regulators, but it work out fine for our use, ours held about 4 gallons of muscati, and produced about 12/15 bottles never really counted them ,but it was accurate ,fast as far as production goes, and the end result was on time,i was impressed that we could make it that easliy next step blueberry sparking wine wine set ,bottles ready by next month will have it done may be by then i can take pictures (learn how) and put them on line to share//jp// but what really helped we had a beer master who came to our meeting and he helped adjust the operating pressure, plus his experience in bottling carb, products was a aid and yes its that easy
