Specific gravity not in range after bubbling 3 weeks

Making mustang grape wine. I pitched red star Premier classic yeast on February 8 very active bubbling in the airlock for three weeks. Bubbling has stopped specific gravity has dropped from 1.80 to write about 1.000. Check the hydrometer in water and it looks like it’s still accurate.
The temperature is about 73 degrees.

Hi @alecia68 That's good, just keep going until you get to around 0.995-0.990ish. The bubbles aren't an indication, your hydrometer is the right thing to watch.
 
I agree -- not a cause for real concern yet.

A couple of thoughts:
-Is your hydrometer being held up by bubbles? Give it a spin and see if it sinks at all.
-How does it taste? Can you perceive any sweetness?

(And I assume you meant that you started your wine at 1.080, right?)
