Stacking Cases Barrel Room

We opened about Dec I have a wine storage problem. My Barrel room has temp and humidity controls and
we keep our finished wine in there by the case. I am running out of floor space and it is a challenge to find the right cases they are scattered all over. I need to go vertical. I want to put metal shelves in, I have some now that we can stack 25 cases, 5 to a shelve, but it is 1200 bls 25*x48. I would have racks mounted against the walls but would like a few rolling racks in the middle Any Thoughts on what to use and where to get them

The wineries I help out at stack 4 rows to a pallet and 3 pallets high. It must work, that's too much money to take to chance.
