Star San

I have been using Star San to sanitize. I am curious to know if anyone has noticed Star San impacting the taste of their red wine. I was always hesitant to use K-Meta to sanitize because I was afraid it might inhibit the yeast fermentation.

I have been using Star San since 2012 without a problem of any kind.

I've never noticed any flavour coming from it.

The proof to me came when I forgot to dump the rinsing Starsan from a carboy and filled it full of wine. Probably a liter worth of starsan solution. Could not detect anything was amiss.
