Today I started two batches from frozen juice pails. These pails are from Spain, one is Cab Sauv and the other Grenache Noir. They are 5 gallon pails and will make a bit over 3 gallons. Brix on the Cab was 22.3 and the Grenache was 28.2. I checked the Grenache with a hydrometer, refractometer and an electronic refractometer when I go that reading.
