Stir the must daily?

Do you recommend stirring the must daily during fermentation? My first kit or two required daily stirring But more recent kits don’t mention it.

I do daily stirring, for red and misty fruit wines, but for whites, we're I want to try to keep the delicate aromas, I don't.
