Strawberry Peach Wine

Has anybody ever tried blending these two together?

I just blended them - it was phenomenal. It is amazing what a little peach wine does for strawberry wine.

I did a Apple-Strawberry-Kiwi

and

Mixt fruit w/ Strawberry

What was your mix ratio?

i mixed a 750ml bottle to try out - and i did 2/3 strawberry and 1/3 peach.

Did you use a f-pac on the peach or strawberry?

Yes - i did an f-pac on both and backsweetened.

i sweetened the strawberry to about 1.025 and the peach was about 1.030 - they were good by themselves.

After i racked - i had some left over - and instead of pitching the little bit i had - i thought i would be creative.

Both together were awesome.
