Strawberry

I have started my first batch of strawberry 6 gal. 3 1/2 lb per gal of berries 4 1/2 lb sug.

good luck. Strawberry is my first fruit wine to make also. I racked it too early in the secondary but I am hoping it will be ok.

Mtman, You should consider making a Skeeter Pee with the lees from that strawberry must. I did & it was great. Reminds me I still have a gal. of Strawberry Wine some where. Roy
