Just made a batch of Elderflower champagne. Left it for the required 7 days in the bottle before trying it. It's really nice and clear but .....ARRRGH..... so much yeast flavour !!!! It's more like Elderflower beer !!! How do I get rid of the yeast flavour without adding too much sugar and making it too sweet ??

Welcome to winemakingtalk. Can you post your recipe, how you made this wine and any test/readings (such as hydrometer readings, acid) that you have?
