Hi all, I started a orchard breezi strawberry on nov. 20 it started out with an SG of 1.060 for the last 5 days it has been at 1.000 it is supposed to be at .998 as of yesterday.is it ok to rack and finish the rest of the steps? This is my first attempt at wine making. The temp has been right around 70 thank u for ur help

You could proceed now if you like because it is the most convenient time, but you are rushing it. 70 room temp is a bit cool to speed it along and sinve that kit is basically made in the bucket, it probably would move lower. They are a low alcohol kit to begin with so if you rack and stabilize now, you will be even lower. You aren't far off, wait a few more days and let it get where it is supposed to be. Rely on your hydrometer, not number of days.

By the way, welcome to the forum!

Ive noticed that most kits that I do besides the RJS Big Reds die off right around this sg with fruity or white wines so your fine.
