I bottled this weekend a Summer Breeze Chardonnay.


I did the half f-pack and 4 pounds of sugar at the start.
It ended with 12%ABV.

Theres no waiting with a Siummer Breeze kits, they will get a little better with time bt pretty much good to drink now!
