Survey Time: Exploding Wine!

Alright, time for a fun survey. I just did a quick search on the forum for wine exploding. Lots of amusing - and not so amusing - threads out there on the topic of explosions. Any hobby that involves safety glasses, volatile chemicals, flying shards of glass, and alcohol, well, let's just say it kicks things up a notch.

Had an airlock get stopped up and hit the ceiling hard enough to crack the plastic. Boy what a mess.

IvI'had a few Times bombs exploded in the basement .But you make and learn, correct and move forward.
Always think outside the box.

Had a batch of Pino Noir (CA) go bad a few yrs ago. All bottled, racked and chuckling (tho I never heard it!). A narrow miss by a Nova Cork was the first clue...

A local winery had a batch of wine referment in bottle and one of the bottles violently blew its cork into the back of a musician performing at the winery. He managed to play through the incident in spite of wine puddling around his feet.
